The Range Cafe is temporarily closed
I can’t wait to shout this statement out in the near future. Our family of restaurants has taken steps, day by day, to figure out how to adequately serve our guests in this time of uncertainty. It hasn’t been easy.
Today, Saturday March 28, 2020 is the last day that our restaurants will be open until this ordeal blows past us. This is a temporary solution as we adjust to this new normal. We felt that it was best for our guest’s and our employee’s safety to better stay home with their families and not expose themselves to this dreadful pandemic. We know that it is going to be difficult for everyone, however, I feel very deeply that we will come out of this as a better restaurant family.
In the meantime, this break allows us to regroup, re-energize, and reinvent ourselves. When we opened our first Range Café in 1992, we were the best thing since sliced bread. In 1994, the Zagat Guide listed our tiny little 56 seat restaurant as the #1 restaurant in the state for its food! That was a high honor.
As we’ve grown into a restaurant company with nine locations this has been our greatest challenge to maintain. I stand by the quality of what we serve however Tom and I have always longed for a certain level of expectation in our restaurants. We are very excited that this restart of our business is allowing us the opportunity to continue to serve great food.
We would love to hear from you, our guest. What would you like to see in our restaurants? What would you miss if it was no longer on our menus? What do you wish we had that we do not currently serve? Our goal isn’t to have a completely different restaurant however a refresh is very exciting to us and we hope to you too. Please tell us! Our email is email@example.com. This email address goes directly to the owners and is good for comments regarding all of our restaurants.
We welcome all comments and are so very eager to get back to business as usual. Our staff misses each and every one of you. We look forward to hearing your comments. Happy days are on their way. Stay well, stay safe and wash your hands! See you all very soon.
